Dooney & Daughters specialises in bespoke hand-painted furniture, premium chalk paint and painting accessories.

We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, however please be aware that there may be slight variations in colour due to the monitor you are using. If you would like further information about a product please contact us.

Availability

We have a physical store in Remuera which shares the stock inventory, so if an item in our physical store is purchased and sold at the same time as an order for the item online is processed, then the online item will not be available. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible, refund your order and do our best to find you a replacement.

Site Security

All payments are made securely through Stripe. To protect your details from unauthorised use we advise that you log out when you have finished using the site.

Privacy

All information shared with Dooney & Daughters Trading Co is private and confidential. At no point will we sell or distribute your information.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include 15% New Zealand GST.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please choose carefully as we are unable to refund for change of mind.

Any items being returned must be adequately packaged and clearly labelled to ensure goods are not damaged or mislaid on their return. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of paint, wax or lacquer.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We are not able to change any orders once they have been shipped.

All workshops are not refundable. If we are able to fill your space we will transfer you onto a future workshop date, however this cannot be guaranteed.
