Rose Celebration Dresser
This Queen Anne style dresser has been giving a stunning makeover with Vintro Chalk Paint and a ReDesign transfer.
Painted in Nymph Chalk Paint, a lovely creamy white, it has the Rose Celebration transfer across the entire front and has been finished with clear wax and touches of dark wax.
We painted the whole dresser in Nymph chalk paint using our Staalmeester pro-hybrid brush. For the front we kept the finish smooth and for the sides and top we painted with a little bit of texture.
For the handles we painted them in Nymph chalk paint and finished with clear and dark wax to softly age them.
We then applied the the Rose Celebration transfer by ReDesign with Prima to the front of the dresser, letting it curve around the sides and down the legs. This transfer come sin six sections which we applied left to right, starting with the top two sections and working down.
Once we made sure the transfer was fully adhered, we applied clear wax with our wax brush to the entire dresser, wiping off the excess with a clean rag. We finished with a touch of dark wax on the edges and feet to blend it in with the transfer.
