How To Decoupage A Photo Frame

In this how-to video we show you how you can decoupage a photo frame using napkins!
In this example we've used one of our mdf photo frames that are ideal for painting and decoupaging, however, you could also use a frame that you already have.
Our Top Tips:
- Start with a white base as this allows your napkin to pop. In this example we've used Beluga chalk paint.
- Take the back layers off your napkin so you only have one thin layer, this helps to prevent wrinkles.
- Use a small pattern on your napkin so that you can see the full effect on the frame, and make sure to check the direction of the pattern.
- Apply in sections using your glue medium, we like using our lacquers as the glue and the top coat.
- Sand off any extra bits and seal with a top coat.
You can see frames that we have completed here for inspiration.
