Commission - Carbon Black Louis XVI Commode - Not For Sale

This Louis XVI Commode was originally hot pink for our customer's daughter. We gave it a make over to fit their new house.

Technique:

We painted this piece in Carbon Black Velvet Luxe chalk paint using a smooth roller. We sealed the top with Matte Lacquer for extra strength and then sealed the full piece in Carbon Black coloured Wax to deepen the colour.
