Commission - Wondrous Floral Bedside - Not For Sale

Our customer loved our Wondrous Floral bedside that we completed in our Auckland shop and commissioned us to use the same transfer on a piece for her room.

Technique:

We lightly sanded where the transfer was to go as it was a previously painted bedside. We then cleaned thoroughly.

We took the handles off and applied the transfer using the transfer tool, working our way over the ridges and around the corners. We trimmed the bottom part to make it fit to the shape of the bedside.

We then gently cut the drawers out and sealed with Clear wax to burnish to the transfer on.
